i have bought an e ticket online and i have not been sent them can i still fly. i have invoices and confirmation documents will that be enough

hi scott ipurchased a flight online , they sent me the confirmation and the eticket receipt and they said that i would receive the ticket on the 5th march but i have not and my flight is first thing tomorrow morning , can i still travel with the documents that i have as the office is not open until monday

You just need the printout, not an actual ticket.

 

What I would recommend doing is using online checkin:

http://www.cathaypacific.com/icheckin2/forMLC.do?action=Checked&COUNTRY=INTL&source=WEB

 

That way, you can enter your information and it should bring up your reservation. That will prove that you are in the system.

 

If that doesn't work, you should be able to call the airline, even on the weekend:

http://www.cathaypacific.com/cpa/en_INTL/contactus/worldwidecontacts
