Question
I have a judgment against me from a vehicle repo that occured after I was divorced. Now, they have sent a writ to garnish my wages, but not my ex-wifes. She had possesion of the vehicle in the divorce, but never re-fi'ed, so I know both of us are responsible for the judgment (Judgment has both our names on it). How can I be sure that I don't get stuck with this whole thing. (this is in the state of Florida).
