Question

Is there any way to fight a Writ of Execution sent to the sheriff's department for collection of monies owed from a judgement of a credit card debt. Filled out a list of exempt property not with letter from sheriff;s department give 9 days to contact before trying to sell or collect any personal or real property.

You would have had to fight the original judgment. You may be able to get it set aside if you were not properly noticed.
