Answer

Hello,

I would not vaccinate this cat until after the kittens are born. The risk of vaccinating now is having the kittens born with cerebellar disease- basically looks like Parkinson's. They may still get it if your cat is infected with the virus that causes it, but you run a greater risk by vaccinating now. I would wait until the kittens are born and done lactating before vaccinating the mom and then vaccinate the kittens normally. If you have any of the kittens with head tremors and high stepping, then it's probably this cerebellar disease and they will be ok to live a long normal life although they'll always have the tremors. The tremors will get a little better as they learn to adapt.

I hope that helps, let me know if you have any other questions.
