She is too young to be given the run of the house as she sees no difference between the floors and the outdoors.
She is pretty young to be scent marking its more likely she has no idea she should wait to go outside to potty.

For now you should clean up all areas where there have been accidents with an enzyme based cleaner such as Nature's Miracle, confine the pup to a smaller space rather than the whole house, or leash her to you so you can see if she needs to go and rush her outside, and put her on a schedule for trips out and meals etc.
In general a pup this age needs to go out when they wake up, 10-20 minutes after they eat or drink, after a hard play session and any time they 'look funny'.
