I was shot by a police. I never had aweapon. The defendant filed for summary judgement. In my answer issues were raised that had to be addressed T he defendant motion for summary judgement again,previous issues were not addressed. can they keep asking for summary judgement without addressing issues

Answer

They can keep asking for summary judgment as long as the judge allows them to do so. They are under no obligation to respond to issues raised in your answer, since a summary judgment just states that you do not have a case "as a matter of law".
