this is gastritis or an ulcer or reflux esophagitis. Your doctor needs to check you for she bacteria called H pyori and you need to be on a bland diet and an acid suppressing agent for 4-6 weeks. If this does not relieve the pain thing you need to have an endoscopy which is a look into the stomach with a tube
