I HAVE A CONDO SET FOR AUCTION THIS FRIDAY DUE TO UNPAID HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION DUES (MORTGAGE CURRENT) IS THERE ANY OPTION AT THIS LATE HOUR TO POSTPONE THE AUCTION SALE DATE (THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH ME THEY WANT $11,000 PAID IN FULL) IN ORDER TO SELL THE PROPERTY?

Good afternoon,

I'm sorry to hear of your predicament.

In order to stop the sale you must immediately file for chapter 13 bankruptcy protection. The past due association dues amount may be payable over the term of the bankruptcy.

Aside from that, or paying the amount they demand in full, I'm afraid that the sale will go forward.
