Answer

Hi XXXX XXX, welcome to Just Answer!.

That's a pickle. There's really no easy way to break into the truck without a tool that's called a "slim jim", a thin strip of flexible metal that can be slid into the door frame through the window seal, used for hooking door links.

If you're within a short distance to a Chrysler/ Dodge/ Jeep dealership and have proof of ownership for the truck, they can cut a key for you on the spot using only the VIN. You'll need to have a truck registration or title and personal ID for them to do that. The key doesn't need to be the expensive grey key (SKIM) if yours uses that... it's just to unlock the door.

Some cities will send a policeman to the house in situations like this when they're equipped with slim jims... just a thought.

Last would be a locksmith, but a trip to the CDJ store would be much cheaper.

Good luck!
Ed
