Thanks for all the information. Going by the details that you have provided, it seems that you would first need a thorough check up once again. This would include a CT of the sinuses and to see if there is sinusitis or if there are any polyps which might be aggravating your condition. A nasal swab should be sent for culture and antibiotic sensitivity as your nasal discharge rather than being white (as would be expected in an allergy), is now greenish yellow and would require an antibiotic.
You will perhaps keep getting recurrent sinus/ nose/ throat problems and with that an exaggeration of your asthma, until your septal deviation is corrected. This is probably causing nasal blockage and repeated nasal/ sinus infections would also have caused hypertrophy of the nasal turbinates, which would increase the obstruction further and thereby help the germs multiply further.
You will have to discuss these issues with your doctor.
