I understand that a relationship doesn't exist. I also understand a lot of people don't think that way. So I'm correct thinking a medical malpractice attorney is correct? This man has a very big ego which includes criminal justice specialist on his business card littered with misc. letters. I'm scared of him. That he's going to try and ruin my future and bring up issues we talked about in therapy.

Answer

If you're concerned that the doctor will disclose information then you wish were kept confidential then you can consult either a medical malpractice attorney or a criminal law attorney as both are well versed in achieving this goal. I wish you the best.
