I am broke and have no money to even pay to answer these questions. Maybe we can answer these on contingency or other basis. I have been denied request for appointment of counsel despite my disability and my incomprehension of said processes and procedures. I am completely broke on food stamps and have been unable to get reemployment anywhere. Some applications require me to sign for a complete background check and to release my prior employer from liability which I can not sign due to the law suite. I will allow criminal background checks but most employers do not need complete background checks which are including financial, medical and more. Most employers are not secure enough to even handle the full report which leads to identity thief. Employers that are requiring the full report will not let me turn in an application for employment. Just to mention a few issues. I have tried many organizations like Advocacy Inc., Legal Aid, TX Civil Rights Project, National Association of the Deaf (NAD), U.T. School of Law, etc. just to name a few places which has denied me due to limited budgets, inability to handle fee-generating cases, etc. The Adocacy Inc. is refusing to assist me with my case claiming they no longer have an attorney to handle my case.
