i have degenerative disc disease, with a slightly bulged disc, my doctor has perscribed me lortab for a long time now along with mobic and a very strong muscle relaxer, i am constantly taking pills to relieve my back pain, and have done some research and it seems like need methadone, but my doctor refuses to prescribe me that, wat do i do

Welcome to Just Answer and thanks for your question. If your doctor is concerned about prescribing methadone for pain control, you may want to consider using a pain management clinic instead. You may also consider a second opinion from a neurosurgeon about your back. Perhaps there is something that can be done other than taking pain medication for the rest of your life.
