the best thing to do is get a fault reading done at a gararge this will give you a idee of witch system is not working properly.
then you would be able to look at this system and repair your problem.

there are to many options it could be like a:
air leak from the air filter to throttle pipe a faulty temp sensor or air flow meter problem
and there are a few more options.
When we would go for the lets try this method we could spend a lot and still not fix the problem.
