Question

In my mother's last "Will and Testiment" she gave the house to one son, and left the contents of the home to the other two sons. When she passed away, the son who was given the home disposed of most of the content and did'nt notify us until a year later. By then most of the content was disposed of and were given only a choice of family photographs. Is there some sort of "Will" violation? I ask this question under "publico pro bono"

Yes, it was my brother, the one that got the house. He was putting undo influence on her because he lived there, I was looking for "estate of kamesra, 81 Wis. 2d 151, 259 N.W. 2d 733 (1977) for the ruling under that situation and I can't seem to locate it.
