Optional Information

Worcester , Massachusetts

Accepted Answer

Yes.

As long as you are a party to the litigation and the Massachusetts court has personal jurisdiction over you, then you are required to comply with the subpoena. You consented to personal jurisdiction, if you have answered the complaint naming you as a defendant, or if the complaint and summons was properly served upon you under Massachussets rules of procudure.
