I'm a foster parent (therapeutical ) the children's mom want us to give her our phone number and I said no . Do I have to give my phone number by law ? Even if they are in transition to go back to her

Thanks for your question. No you do not here. The mom needs to go through the agency and the case worker. You don't need to have to deal with her here. I can't see that she has any need to have your number. You are an employee of the agency here not the mother. They should direct any communication in the matter. I wish you good luck here..
