Already Tried:
Found relay 2/28 (213, 214 not there).
Question: what is a jumper wire and how do i fit it?

Answer

Hello,

A jumper wire is just a wire to connect between the two points.
It can be a wire that is stripped on both ends or you could install male spade connectors.

You want to jump terminal 1B to 5B. You will need to look at the digram on the relay to math the terminals with the slots.
Both of theese will be Green with Red stripe wires if you look at the back side.

This will bypass the immobiilizer system to start the car.
