my 96 sunfire is not starting it will turn over but its not fireing i dont think its getting any fuel so i checked my fuel filter and pump its fine i blew out my fuel line with aan air compressor and its still not starting.can it be the fuel injectors or fuel rail or altenator?

Is there plenty of fuel pressure in the lines when the key is turned on? Is the check engine light or security lamp illuminated? Have you checked for a nice blue spark at more than one cylinder when cranking the engine?
