have cheched all cencerors replace ecm all okay when cranking engine trys to start but floods after cranking for a short while

Answer

Remove vacuum line from fuel pressure regulator and see if it is leaking any fuel.

What is your fuel pressure with Key On Engine Off?

How long does it hold pressure?

Did car die while driving?

Were there any codes before PCM was replaced?

It holds pressure at 60 psi and will stay there. got in it one morning and it would crank but no start. And no codes

Accepted Answer

Try removing Oxygen Sensor and try to start Car. If it starts catalytic convertor is clogged.
