Thanks for the question XXXXXXXXXXXX.

While I cannot diagnose this over the internet I can tell you the following :

1. The mucous in the eyes is not normal during pregnancy and is not related to pregnancy. It could possibly be a conjunctivitis or part of an upper repiratory tract infection.

2. Cats do not normally give of a smell during pregnancy and there is a possibility that this could be associated with a disease situation somewhere such as ulcers in the mouth or an abscess somewhere.

I am sorry I cannot suggest any home remedy here as there is such a range of diagnosis, accordingly my advice is that you should have your vet check your cat over sonner rather than later. As she is pregnant she is in a vulnerable situation and more prone to infections etc.

If I have not covered your question fully enough or you would like to ask more I will be online for the next hour or so and I will be at your disposal.
