vomiting in dogs not going away with meds

Answer

You didn't mention what meds you were using but if they are from the vet you need to get back to the vet and tell them the meds are not working.
Dogs sometimes vomit due to viral diseases, protozoan parasites, ulcers in the stomach, swallowed foreign objects that can't be vomited up or passed, twists or obstructions in the intestinal tract etc. so if the first meds the vet gave you are not helping then some rethinking on the diagnosis or course of treatment may be needed.
If you are using over the counter meds only then you should see the vet to find out what medicines may help your pet more than what you have already tried.
Hope this helps you!
