Hi, I'm Ted and I will assist you.

 

You need to have this towed to a repair shop. where they will have to disconnect the lines and flush out the system. If you run the car with the water in the system it could ruin the pump and rack. .

 

Sorry about the bad news but these systems can be expensive to fix if parts fail.
