Kennel cough is a viral illness and it can take 10-14 days for the symptoms to resolve with or without medication.
You should start to see this resolve soon.
If there is green or yellow mucus from the eyes or nose, you should give your vet a call and ask about antibiotics.
Aside from that, this just needs to run its course.
