I am sorry to hear about your dog's diarrhea. Your dog may have intestinal parasites as a cause, or it could be just a sensitive puppy stomach, or if you have changed food recently this could be the cause. The best thing for your dog would be to see a veterinarian. In the meantime, however, you can try this. Do not allow access to ANY food or water until tomorrow morning. At that time, if she has not vomited, you may offer a small amount of water. If she holds that down, you my offer a small amount of a bland diet of boiled chicken breast and white rice in a 50/50 mixture. If she holds that down, you may feed this diet in 4-5 small meals throughout the day tomorrow and the following day, and then if all goes well, you may switch back to her regular diet on the third day. If she continues to vomit, however, you should take her to see your vet. In the meantime, you can also give 1 tablet (2mg) of Immodium A/D to help with the diarrhea. The bland diet should help clear it up.
Best of luck!
