I have tried to research this in our local library, as well going to book stores and browsing thru various book on legal matters concerning the subject of fraud and statue of limitation in the state of michigan.

Mail fraud is governed by the United States Code, which makes it criminal to unlawfully obtain money or valuables by using the United States Postal Service in the commission of a criminal offense.
