First we will need to check the basics. Check for spark and fuel and write back with your findings.
From what you are describing your fuel pump is not working. Check the fuses for the fuel pump if you are not sure which fuse it is check them all.
To check for spark. First remove one of your plug wires then using a spare spark plug insert it into the plug wire then rest it on top of your valve cover and set it so the metal of the spark plug is touching metal of the valve cover. Then crank the motor and watch for a bright arc in the spark plug.
To check for fuel pressure. First you will need a fuel pressure gauge this can be purchased at most parts store. Connect the gauge per instructions with gauge and observe reading while cranking should be around 50psi.
