Answer

If the temperature is not where it belongs and you have moved the thermostat, then the thermostat has failed and will need replacement...

Hi Chas, I have not moved the thermostat from the refrigerator, and the temperature is certainly not where it should be. As i move the dial up it kicks in, but now it doesnt at all. Is is still the thermostat and will i have to call an engineer out to fix it or can i do it myself on this model.

Answer

I would prefer that you call an engineer for this, however it can be done by the homeowner, however I cannot find a part number for you particular model. this is common for this brand as they do not make eneough information available to the engineers here.

I have found the part number on this website http://www.4daewoo.co.uk/cgi-bin/product.pl?PID=876639&query=ERF%2d364MBI%20&model=ERF%2d364MBI.

It seems an easy replacement!

No anyone can order it. Before i do order it, its definelty the thermostat thats gone right? and i should be able to change it myself, but I got no manual.

Answer

It is 95% chance that it is, however without being there that would be real hard to give you a 100% on it...

Accepted Answer

You should be able to do it, the only reason I said engineer is that I could not find the part number for you......
