My son was placed on suspension after waiting one full week to be placed on the schedule. When he reported to work he was told to come into the office. The supervisor over personnel told him that he was on suspension for something that some one said that he did. The person that reportedly reported him has told several other employees that she did not like him and that she was going to have him leave the company. What type of grievance procedure should he file on his own behalf.
