Not a Real Estate Law Question?
Question
I never received a signed copy of my lease from my landlord. All I have is the copy we signed in our realtors office. I have six people in my family and now the landlord is stating only 5 can occupy this 4 bedroom 2 bath house. Do I have any rights?
