Yes the only difference between the two is that the denamarin has milk thistle in it which is an additional anti-oxidant.
Either product would be fine!

Okay, I can get both of them. About how much should a 7 lb. cat get a day?

I would give 1 tablet every 12 hours of the cat size which is SAMe 90mg and Milk thistle 9mg. They are supposed to be given on any empty stomach.

Did you get my answer in the info request? If not I wrote: 1 tablet each every 12 hours of SAMe 90mg and Milk thistle 9mg. The pills are supposed to be given on any empty stomach.
