I need a wiring diagram for the audio/cigarette lighter components of a 2004 npr truck. The fuse is good but there is still no power to either unit. Do they go through a relay?

Already Tried:
I just bought the truck and the radio/cassette player has no power to it. The fuse is good. The am/fm cassette stereo is the stock clarion model 2-90104-900-0 I need a wiring diagram to see if it may go through a relay.

Radios usually are not connected thru relays, as they do not consume much power.
There should be two fuses: first in your vehicle fusebox, second is on the back of the radio (usually). If the second fuse was made for lower amperage, it would blow out first.

I would recommend you to find a voltmeter or multimeter (they are cheap in DIY-stores like "ACE hardware") and check if there is voltage on the fuses, when the ignition key is in 'ACC' or 'ON' position
