How can I get involved with a legal team to do high speed motion analysis to identify workers compensation fraud in Texas?

Already Tried:
I have a 10 infrared and 4 Basler VICON motion analysis system primarily used to identify efficiency ranges of movement for injury prevention in sports, particularly baseball and softball. We want to branch into workers compensation fraud to supply employers expert testimony to identify healthy and unhealthy as well as consistent/inconsistent movement patterns to stop false injury claims.

I would contact the Texas Department of Insurance's Fraud Unit. They are responsible for investigating comp claims for fraud. Here is their contact info:

I have already contacted the State of Texas about this issue. I was expecting concrete information and contact numbers to contact people aggressively involved in assisting employers against false claims.

I will opt out to allow other experts to assist. Generally speaking though, the work comp insurance program provides any defense as opposed to the employers directly, so the state would be who you want to talk to.

If you are interested in doing work for attorneys then the best thing to do is advertise on the expert listing services or do an email campaign. There are a number of websites that have expert listings including www.mylawnetwork.com, www.jurispro.com, and www.experts.com. I believe the first one also does emails to attorneys for their experts.

The next option would be to obtain a list from the Texas Department of Insurance of the insurance companies currently licensed to sell workers comp insurance in Texas. They would be the next biggest market after attorneys.
