on jan20 09 i went and filed for a non disclosure and a expungment.paid my fees and walked down and got a court date.i did pay to have the correct people served but they have not been served yet.my court date is mon.i guess i was supposed to let them be served first and then get a court date.the other thing i noticed was that it seemed that they put me in two diffrent courts.the whole thing is messed up. i kept waiting to get something saying they was served.do you have to serve the da on both of these.should i just show up?

You can show up but if the DA claims he wasn't served and you don't have proof of service the judge is going to delay the hearing. Actually, if you filed it on January 20, their time in which to file an answer hasn't passed so the hearing isn't "timely", but since it is set for Monday it is too late to handle it any way other than showing up and letting the judge reschedule. If you don't show up and haven't filed anything the judge may just dismiss it.
