Question
My mom signed some papers today for review of her living trust and to remove one beneficiary. The representative did not leave a copy of the paperwork so I am a little suspicious because when I called the TN on his card it was for someone else that did estate planning. How can I be sure that no fraud be done with my mom's house which is the only big assest in her trust.

Accepted Answer
You should go with your mom to the attorney's office to request a copy of the changes that have been made to her trust. You should also get the bar number for the attoreny that worked with her to verify with the state bar that they are licensed and do not have grievances against them.
