Question

I had one year of probation in the year of 2004 for a folony charge of criminal trespassing and possesion of crack with the intent to distribute. I became wanted for not paying my fines and fees. its 2009 now wat will likely happen. Ive been to jail in another state and me being wanted hasnt came up in the system do you know why?

For whatever reason, warrants from other states don't always show up on the national database. There's no good reason for it, but it happens. Or maybe you don't have an outstanding warrant. The best way to find out is to call the court that you were on probation for and find out if a warrant was issued. If it was, send a letter to the court and request that it be quashed and a hearing set. If you can pay the fines and fees now the judge might let you get away with that. I would suggest that you get an attorney to represent you on the violation of probation to minimize the potential sentence you could receive.
