HI' my name is XXXXXXX XXXXXXXX i have a situation with the company i work for they took my out of my check with out my permission and not only that i did'nt get paid for new year's i did not get my bouns money they owe me i sent a wage claim in to the labor board. I need a lawyer because i am stress out behind this situation i got rush to the hospital from the job. I ca'nt deal with this no my chest been hurting me because what going on at the job i need some one help not some one to sell me out for the company i am not the only one going though this on the job i know another lady who they fire for no reason because she know what going on too. could u please help me.

Answer

No money can be taken out of your check without a judgment. You need to go to court to see if there is a judgment and then apply to vacate it.

Now if you are not paid, you need to report it to the state labor department and can also sue in small claims court.
