a ca was parked behind the car that was repo and that car was pulled back about 8 fet hen the repo co drove onto my neighnors drivway and pukked the car off my drivway th wa using his lawn and diveway

They can do so, BUT would be liable for any and all damages caused AND for trespass --- assuming no permission was granted by the neighbor first.

 

However, your neighbor would need to be the one to bring an action against the company; you could not do so on the neighbor's behalf. Thanks!
