Hi, Welcome to Just Answer.

 

LEFT SIDE

  1. Disconnect battery ground cable and drain cooling system.
  2. Remove intake manifold and exhaust crossover pipe.
  3. Remove alternator bracket and oil dipstick tube.
  4. Remove rocker arm cover, rocker arms and pushrods.
  5. Remove cylinder head bolts and cylinder head.
  6. Reverse procedure to install. Torque cylinder head bolts in sequence, Fig. 5, to 66 ft. lbs.

RIGHT SIDE

  1. Disconnect battery ground cable and drain cooling system.
  2. Raise and support vehicle.
  3. Disconnect exhaust pipe from manifold.
  4. Remove cruise control servo bracket.
  5. Remove intake manifold and exhaust crossover pipe.
  6. Remove rocker arm cover, rocker arms and pushrods.
  7. Remove cylinder head bolts and cylinder head.
  8. Reverse procedure to install. Torque cylinder head bolts in sequence, Fig. 5, to 66 ft. lbs.
