Hi XXXXXXXXXX,

First power cycle the phone system by unpluging the base stations and removing and reinserting the batteries on the headsets.

If this doesn't work you can then try reseting the phone to its factory defaults.
Here are the steps to set back to factory defaults.
1 - press program/mute button
2 - use the up and down arrows to scroll to " handset setup" and select it using the program/mute button.
3 - scroll to "default settings" and select it with the program/mute button.
4 - press 1 for yes.
5 - press the program/mute button to confirm.

this should reset the settings and may fix the issue you are having.
If you need any further assistance please let me know and I will be glad to help out further.

Thank you,
