Hello and thank you for using just answer. If you don't remember or have the code recorded then you need to bring this into the dealer to have them call in the serial # and reset this for you. If you enter the code incorrectly 10 times it locks out the radio and you will no longer be able to use the radio or attempt to input a code. The 3 digit security code is selected by the owner when the radio is new and has to be manually turned on, refer to your owners manual, so either you selected the code to the previous owner did. IF you can't remember the code and did not write it down then you cannot unlock this yourself. For legal reasons I cannot help you unlock over the internet, you would need to bring the truck into the dealer where they can verify ownership and unlock this for you.
