Question

We have a Sentry 6330 safe at our company and nobody still here seems to know the combination. Any tips on opening it before we resort to a locksmith or the like please?

Hello XXXXXXXX, and thank you for your question,

This issue comes up a lot here, and if nobody at your company can come up with the combo then unfortunately there isn't really a "home remedy" for this (it would be nice if safe-cracking were as easy as it looks in the movies, wouldn't it?)

But, the good news is that getting the combination from Sentry is pretty simple - and less expensive than resorting to a lock smith.
To recover a lost combination you must contact Sentry's customer care team, by mail or fax. They require a notarized letter that you are the owner of the safe, and a $15 fee.
You'll get the combination from them within 48 hours of your request - you can choose to have it mailed, e-mailed, or faxed.
