What steps do I take to replace a drive belt, on a model number LDG8414AAE Matag Dryer?

alright, so changing out the belt. First, unplug the power.

Next, Remove the front panel. You can do this by removing 2 screws at the bottom of the front panel that go up at a 45 degree angle. Take these 2 screws out and the front panel will hinge foward and up--- take it off and move it out of the way.

Next, there is a front drum support held on by (4) 5/16" screws--- remove the screws and remove the drum support. This will give you complete access to put on and take off the belt.

TRICK OF THE TRADE--- make sure the RIBBED part of the belt is facing UP around the drum--- Otherwise it will break within a few months again.
