In Coreldraw 11,and 13, how do we get a customized color palette to print on the separations. Also when we call up old artwork the colors are different then when originally done. How do we fix that?

Already Tried:
Editing the color palette, making it the default, and generally troubleshooted. Can't get it to work. this is a new computer and CorelDraw 11 and x3, were installed on this machine.
