tablet won't work on my toshiba portege M200. I had to replace hard drive so I lost everything. I've gotten everything going but the tablet.

I have a Toshiba Portege M200, I had to replace the hard drive and lost everything. I've managed to reload everything except the driver and hardware to make the tablet work (computer came with no disks or anything).Can you help me find what I need?
