hello, i have a panasonic CF2 labtop, and when i switch it on it swows me a panasonic blue screen and at the bottim left hand corner there are instructions F2 and F5. when i press F2 i get a blue and gray screen. on the top blue there is, infomation, main, advanced, security, boot and exit. what should i do?

The screen you are describing is what's called the BIOS of the laptop. Evidently, the laptop is struggling to boot on its own, so it's hanging at those options.

In the 'Boot' area, after you've pressed F2, you should find the boot order/priority. You need to make that the HDD (Hard Drive) is at the top of the list. Once you've done this, follow the on screen instructions to save the new configuration. The laptop will then reboot, and hopefully get further than it has been doing.

Incidentally, what does the F5 option claim to do?
