Answer

I think Adobe has disabled all the features (saving importing etc)

If you can send me your photoshop file, I can convert it to a recognizable jpg format.

Answer

I think there is a compatibility issue (mac-pc). I could not open the files.

Is it a usual PSD file ?

This is the problem I have been having with these images. I have a Mac and need to be able to open these on Mac and PC enviornment. I shot a large file, fixed it in Photoshop and "saved as". When I burned them to a disc I could only open them in the Mac and only one at a time. They all appear to be a Photoshop Jpg. I never heard of it.

That's good. I tried to upload three files and the other 2 reported a server error and the one you received was the only one that got through. Were you able to save it as a regular JPG?

Accepted Answer

I am glad to hear that.

I did not try to save it as a regular jpg because it is already a regular jpg file.

I just clicked on it and I saw the image immediately

I tried different "openers" including microsoft paint. there were no any probs.
