Answer

Welcome XXXXXX. The warning lights staying on sounds like the bulb test contact is stuck. The system works be grounding a wire through the ignition switch when the switch is rotated past the run position. Ideally the contact releases and the gauges will return to normal. Do the gauges stay this way when you turn the key from off to the accessory position? The run position? If so, I would inspect the wiring around the ignition switch. I would also tap on the cluster. There could be a short inside. If you find nothing, do you have a test light so we can do some diagnosis? Let me know if this is what you are looking for and let me know what you find.
