Question

My brother-inlaw had some problems with his marriage and his wife left him with 3 children. my brother-inlaw left the one month old with me, now that the little boy is 5 years old he wants to take him from me. Im question is do i have rights?

yes you have rights that you could assert over the child. The court is willing to accept the concept of a psychological father. This is a non-biological parental figure, which you seem to qualify for. The child was with you and if you acted as the full time father to the child, the court will accept that it is in the childs best interest to keep the relationship going.

Even if my borther in law has giving some money in the pass? The child has been with me since he was 1 month old, im his mother and that's all he knows.

Even if... It is not the money that is controlling by the psychological relationship that is important here.
