Hello XXXXXXXX,
Thank you for writing JustAnswer with your question.
I'm sorry to see how long you have been waiting for an answer. Excuse us for that. I am just logging back into the health cue and see that your answer has been waiting quite a while.
I'm also sorry to hear of your many problems. This much be very difficult for some one so young that would usually be launching themselves into early adulthood, through school, work, and family. I do believe we all have different paths to follow, and perhaps this may in a way be a "school" for you. I suppose you could look at it that way, anyway.
You should be seeing a doctor for evaluation and lab work. Perhaps you are, but here are some of the things that should be included in your evaluation, besides the routine vital signs, and lab values:
An evaluation to see if you meet the criteria of fibromyalgia.
The diarrhea. It could be caused by an infection, irritable bowel syndrome, other bowel disease or anxiety. Possibly food allergies or celiac disease.
Shakiness and twitches could be caused by anxiety or electrolyte imbalance from the diarrhea. This can be dangerous.
Nightmares should be evaluated. Nightmares can be related to a neurological problem or post traumatic stress syndrome (PTSD). A neurological evaluation and a psychiatric evaluation could be helpful.
Sleeping 8 hour per night and setting a specific bed time and arising time is an important thing to attempt continuously and work on. Poor sleep has been correlated to fibromyalgia, hypertension, depression, obesity, and diabetes.
Menses can become irregular due to stress, including physical stress or illness.
Night sweats could indicate thyroid or hormonal dysfunction.
I would personally recommend focusing on rest, nutrition, stress relief, physical exercise, and a program like yoga or tai chi to devote yourself to (the breath techniques and movements can help you physically and also helps you tolertate and move through stressful events in your life.) It can also help with the pain.
This link to the Mayo Clinic can help you learn how to set you sleep cycles, which may be one of the main underlying problems you have: http://mayoclinic.com/health/sleep/SL99999
This link explains how stress effects the body, and has information on stress relief, deep breathing and other resources:

In your every free moment, I would work on learning stress relief measures, focus on finding foods you can tolerate that are healthy, and exercise or stretching.
There may be a gift in this difficult struggle that you are going through - it may be teaching you how to find relief and healing from all these issues. If so, some day you can take this knowledge and help and teach others what you have learned.
If you are not able to keep any fluids down and continue to have diarrhea, this can develop into an emergency situation, and after 12 hours of inability to drink or eat with diarrhea (or before hand if feeling badly) would indicate a need to seek urgent care. Actually if you are shakey and dizzy, and have currently been unable to keep any food or liquids, you may need emergency care now.
If you have questions or concerns, please reply so that we can help you with them as much as is possible.
